- Caruso's opened in the spring of 2008. Located
at 630
N. Market Street, we serve Redding's finest
Italian cuisine. While reservations are not
required, we recommend
calling ahead during popular days and times. We
accept all major credit cards. Come and experience
fine dining in a casual atmosphere.

- We are open for
dinner, Tuesday
through Saturday 5-10 PM, and open for lunch on Friday 11-2 PM
(closed Sunday and Monday). We will occasionally accomodate
large
parties outside of these hours (please call to discuss).

Aaron Caruso has been cooking for several years. He brings a
gourmet
- touch to all of his
dishes. His personal creations
have earned him
passionate
- repeat customers and a
reputation for creating unique and delicious
cuisine, such
- as his cioppino pizza
and grilled
salad. In
the past he has worked at the exclusive
- Drakesbad Guest Ranch
in Mt.
Lassen National Park, as well as fine dining
- restaurants in Tucson, AZ
and Redding, CA.
